Fresh Thai food - portions for Take Out were very small - the red curry appeared to have only two -three items (pork, daikon & one basil leaf) the eggplant & basil dish was prepared nicely with fresh veggies but little to no sauce. At other local Thai restaurants we usually have enough for a second meal, so for the price, I am not sure I will return.

We arrived in the restaurant and were immediately greeted and seated. They have a well rounded menu with curries, noodles, salads, etc. The two of us shared the spring rolls with rice paper, tofu, lettuce, cucumber and carrots. It came with a peanut sauce and a vinegar type sauce which we mixed together. These were very fresh and tasty and good with the dip. We also loved the sautéd egg plant and asked for the tofu to be fried and chicken teriyaki with veggies and sesame seeds. On top of some brown rice this made for the perfect bite. Definitely worth a visit!

Went to Green Papaya on Sunday, 7/27 for lunch with my daughter, a friend and her teen & toddler daughter.
The restaurant is cute & clean and the food was delicious & fresh.
I wanted to give the restaurant five stars but the service was horrible…there was only one other table seated after us and the waiter acted too busy to let us finish ordering and never came back to check on us to refill waters or ask how food was or see if we needed anything. I ended up going to refill our waters & to grab napkins…my daughter had to go to the kitchen to ask for rice since he raced off when she requested it mid-sentence.
If the poor service wasn’t bad enough, we were charged 20% large party gratuity which was absurd since we only ordered 4 meals for the 2 adults and 2 teens at the table…the toddler munched on food from our plates because she had eaten before we got to the restaurant.
The poor service was very disappointing and has me sad for the owners because the food was some of the best Thai food I’ve had in a long time.
I recommend ordering food to go with the caveat, that if you order curry, you must order rice because the dishes don’t include rice…it is considered a side item/extra.
