We ordered food and picked it up. Everything was very good, much better than we know from Austrian Chinese restaurants. Prepared quickly and everything is hot. Very nice lady in the restaurant. Thanks so much!

Excellent green beans, very tender with plenty of perfectly golden minced garlic
Enjoyed the three treasures soup, a sizzling rice soup with shrimp, scallops and fish

Great place to eat at/take out! Portions are solid, prices are fair and quality present. My only complaint is how busy it can get at night.

After reading some of the recent negative reviews we were skeptical, but the food was good! Attentive service, nice people!

Horrible old food , seemed like it was 3or 4 days in. Soggy and gross. I’d never get takeout from there again.

Ordered carry out- spring rolls, shrimp fried rice and ribs. Food was horrible! Shrimp were sparse and …boiled? Place was dirty. Could not eat the meal; odd flavor and food was not fresh. Stay away!

Avoid. The food was poor: fatty meat, flavorless. Plastic forks, paper plates, and plastic cups. Soup came in to-go soup containers with plastic spoons. When we left we requested to-go containers. We received aluminum foil wrapped paper plates. We asked again and finally received to-go cartons that were thrown at us. We packaged and left. If you want a poor tasting meal, served like a picnic, by a rude host this place is for you.
Ordered mushu pork and they forgot the plum sauce and pancakes. Otherwise was good
My dish was good, but the beef in brocolli beef was raw, the fried prawns were raw. We were served on cake paper plates, plastic forks and a 1/2 cup size plastic water cup. The table was dirty. We were extremely disappointed for a restaurant in Seascape Village. We asked for to go boxes and the food was wrapped with aluminum foil on the plates where the food was served.
I’ve had better and fresher food from gas stations, I have been going to Hong Kong Garden II in Watsonville for close to 15 years and their food is always made to order, fresh, and amazing. However the Hong Kong Garden in the Seascape shopping center was a absolute let down. The sizzling rice soup had bagged frozen peas and carrots, 6 shrimp, in what seemed to be a canned soup base, the egg rolls and dumplings were from Costcos frozen section (my stepdaughter pulled the bags out of the freezer and compared), crab and cream cheese wontons had zero crab or cream cheese rather were filled with something that resembled cheddar cheese, they tasted rancid so they went straight in the trash. I’m pretty sure the hunan shrimp were also previously frozen but eatable, the pork chaw mein was flavorless.
I ordered ma po tofu and yang chow fried rice. Tastes good and fresh, not too much oil. Love it! Takes 25 mins to get my order ready (they have many phone in orders too). Will be coming back for more.
