Fantastic customer service! Everyone is always so kind and happy to chat:) Always quick and great quality coffee! I love their seasonal options. Their breakfast sandwiches are super yummy and fresh. Always clean, always great music playing. Baby changing table available in the bathroom and room for a stroller if needed, plenty of parking, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating options.
Decent atmosphere and the staff is on cue. Would love to see sit up in the loft with other when I see em up there but unfortunately this establishment isn’t 100% friendly whe it comes to those with physical challenges so it’s not accessible to all such is the case with most establishments in Santa Cruz
