Ordered an hour in advance- arrived and waited for 20 more minutes for our order. Had already paid- I wish I could deduct the tip we gave IN ADVANCE

So cool could be very entertaining but the arcade coin machine was out of order. And the cashier did not have any quarters to spare so we didnt get to play in the arcade. So what? We just payed for food not the fun?

Don’t eat here, at least not at Aptos location. Past 3 times, all the sodas have been expired. They make me send proof, I do. The Manager blames the other staff and makes weird excuses like they keep the expired sodas on one side to send back to soda company ?? Reached out to customer service and an employee from Roseville (??) was supposed to refund me. It’s been 3 months, now they’re ignoring me and I haven’t been refunded. If they’re using expired soda (3x is crazy- this is spread out over a little less than a year) what else are they trying to get away with?

I decided to go a year later after a bad experience as seen below. I had to go home and put more cheese on my pizza.

Pizza is just so super expensive now that it's hard for me to shell out all that money for pizza but Mountain Mike's still tastes really good, esp. when you get it at the store, & we were celebrating. It's a little too expensive to do all the time though.

The pizza was good, but I don't recommend the buffet. Got there about 12:15 and asked if they were still putting stuff for the buffet, and they said yes. There was only 1 pizza out, and it was 3 slices of pepperoni and the rest cheese. So I ordered lunch, which was almost $17 before tip got 3 pieces of pepperoni, a salad, and a soda. They never put anything else out waited till 1:10 and decided to leave. Don't recommend this location, all other locations, no matter how slow, usually have 3-4 different types of pizza and a dessert out and usually cheese bread sticks.
