Very sad, watery coffee. The bacon egg and cheese bagel had one tiny strip of bacon and like a light sprinkle of cheese.
They gave us to-go cups even though our order was not to-go, didn’t even give us opting to for-here cups. Not a huge deal, just kind of weird since they have real cups and they have to charge for disposable.

The best treat for a Sunday morning! We were on a roadtrip and hit the lottery with this stop. Hands down the best gluten free bagel I’ve ever had and yummy coffee. 11/10, couldn’t recommend more! Incredible service and the friendliest vibes :) thank you!!!

Got the cafe amaretto. Absolutely no almond flavor. Just tasted like regular coffee with milk. Wasn’t worth the $5.75.

I have been visiting this coffee shop for years because I enjoy seeing the familiar faces of the local community, and the food is consistently fresh, hot, and delicious.
However, today my bagel was only lukewarm, the cinnamon bun I asked to be warmed was served cold, and my café Ibarra was merely warm as it sat on the counter without a name tag for collection. I had specifically requested my coffee in a mug, but it arrived in a paper cup instead. I approached the counter to confirm if it was mine and reiterated my request for a mug. The girl with short, curly hair seemed annoyed and rudely transferred my drink to a proper cup before walking away.
Such poor service… Dena and Tom have always prioritized excellent customer service, and they would be disappointed to learn that the quality has slipped since the new ownership took over a few months ago. The three girls at the counter seem more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to customers. That's a definite no.

We were visiting from out of town and ended up eating here nearly everyday of our trip! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The food and drinks were all absolutely perfect every time! We had a great experience and will definitely return if we are ever back in the area!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience at Pacific Coffee Roasting Co! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Their warm hospitality made our visit truly special. Not only was the service outstanding, but the coffee and food were also fantastic—full of flavor and perfectly prepared. It was the perfect start to our day, and we’ll definitely be back next time we're in town. Highly recommend!
