Update 8/9 Wow, soggy an inedible today. Pizza disintegrating in my hands. Not sure what happened. I know it's just a bunch of kids making pizza, but for $45/pie I expect some quality control. Won't be back.
We got takeout and it was delicious. Everyone was satisfied — lots of great choices of toppings. 2 larges and a medium fed 12 of us easily.

We ordered a takeout pizza 20 minutes before closing as we were driving into Aptos. The staff was very accommodating and said they would be there when we were to arrive in 25 minutes. They had the pizza ready and it was very good. Great job Pizza 1 Aptos!
