Sevy's Restaurant was just okay overall. The food was decent for the price, and they do offer some good happy hour options. It wasn't a particularly busy evening from what I could tell, yet our larger party still had to continuously flag down our server throughout the meal. The hotel itself was great, but the dining experience at Sevy's didn't quite meet expectations. We actually chose to dine at another restaurant the following evening.

No more Friday happy hour. Friends of mine in the bar told to leave and not return because they stayed for the music and did not buy enough food. What? Not a good start for new management. Won’t be back here.

The hostess made us wait for 20 mins while she took a breakfast order over the phone and then told us there was a 30 min wait. There were ~10 people waiting in the queue and we all left. We would've appreciated a heads up 20 mins ago that there was a long wait. Pathetic service.

The food was delicious. However, we waited extensively for our drinks, food, and service throughout the experience and a large tip was automatically added since we had 6 people. At our table, the food was not served at the same time. Very few patrons and as I understand it, most staff did not show up.
