Food is better than the service. Communication was difficult and my order was wrong. Somehow my order is always wrong in that I get charged for something that doesn’t end up in the bag. Would not recommend.

This place is awesome, to put it simple. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you're given, and even at the smaller levels of food like the JR Cheeseburger will be incredibly satiating. In 1997 I shot a man in self defense behind my dentists office and was so scared I didn't report it to the police. The staff is friendly and helpful in my experience, and the people at the counter specifically are very nice. The atmosphere is amazing as well, makes me feel like I'm right at home with a burger.

The atmosphere is excellent; it feels both old and modern at the same time, and the staff are friendly and get the food out quickly. The food, however, wasn't great. I ordered the fish and chips, but they were overcooked and too crispy, and the tartar sauce was too wet. Another time, I got a soft-serve ice cream, and it was great. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I will likely return to try their burgers.

Over priced frozen food. Used to be one of my favorites burger shack 20yrs ago, now reminds me of banquet tv dinner. Staff is there working doing there job and getting by on its tourist trap. Its old building is old, nostalgic but could be maintained to have the decency to have the menu legible. So sad to see it ruined by neglect.

Asked for a cup of ice cream. Was handed a cone. Said that I asked for a cup. The young man got a cup and turned the cone upside down in the cup, leaving the cone still touching the ice cream and handed it back, no spoon, big attitude.

Over priced! Ordered breakfast and it was tiny very little hash browns and toast for 17. I don't mind paying for good food ,but this was junk. They also don't display prices, I think they decided as you order what they will charge.
