Hands down, the best independtly owned burger joint in all of Santa Cruz County! The burgers are grilled to perfection - not a second overdone. The produce is fresh - crisp lettuce, fresh tomato slices. The fries have a delicately crispy exterior with a rich, fluffy center, a serious rival to even the best baked potato. The shakes are superb ( *** get them malted!!! *** )
Super affordable, super filling, super fast, super quaint drive-in style service. You can also choose to eat at one of seven or eight suspended tables with bench seating inside, or at one of the round cement tables outside so you can watch all the hungry, smiling patrons rotating through, leaving with bigger grins, often times taking their orders to-go in the classsic white paper bags that promise a Sno-White feast.
They also have hot coffee available throughout the day. They offer a breakfast menu of classic hits as well as all the hamburger greats and bacon cheese all-stars! Fish 'n' Chips are on the menu, too!
This humble establisbment has been in operation since before i was a kid living in the Seacliff neighborhood just beyond. What a treat to share with my own kid now, looking out across the sea cliffs, breathing that fresh ocean air, feeling content and blessed that we live where we live : pretty lucky to be able to treat ourselves to a Sno-White meal now and again! The owners and employees are so nice and friendly, which only improves the whole experience. In-n-Out ain't got nothin' on this! Sno-White for the gold!

Food is better than the service. Communication was difficult and my order was wrong. Somehow my order is always wrong in that I get charged for something that doesn’t end up in the bag. Would not recommend.

This place is awesome, to put it simple. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you're given, and even at the smaller levels of food like the JR Cheeseburger will be incredibly satiating. In 1997 I shot a man in self defense behind my dentists office and was so scared I didn't report it to the police. The staff is friendly and helpful in my experience, and the people at the counter specifically are very nice. The atmosphere is amazing as well, makes me feel like I'm right at home with a burger.

The atmosphere is excellent; it feels both old and modern at the same time, and the staff are friendly and get the food out quickly. The food, however, wasn't great. I ordered the fish and chips, but they were overcooked and too crispy, and the tartar sauce was too wet. Another time, I got a soft-serve ice cream, and it was great. Overall, it was an okay experience, and I will likely return to try their burgers.
