I was so looking forward to a good cup of coffee. I walked up to this Starbucks and I planned on picking up groceries. I was corrected repeatedly by the young woman behind the counter. When my grandson with autism was corrected when all he wanted was a cake pop. I told her to forget our order and went to Pete's, we got a welcoming smile just walking in the building.

Just bought an ice coffee. The girl working there was not friendly at all. Acted like it was an inconvenience for me to buy a drink. Work station was extremely messy for having no customers.

I have never used a grocery store Starbucks before and today they lived down to all my expectations. Ran out of iced coffee so I was given one ice coffee that was almost all 1/2&1/2, the other was a cold brew but they ran out of nitro and oat milk but still sold it to us like noting was wrong. Didn't feel like fighting about it but maybe I should have. (I think we've let the service industry get away with way too much in the name of covid, time to demand accountability and quality again!) The worker guy was surly and preoccupied even though he didn't have any customers! ?? I'm a big Starbucks fan but this was pathetic and embarrassing. There is a Peet's coffee place in this same strip mall. Just sayin...
