This Starbucks has removed the see-through plastic glasses, and now everything is served in paper cups. That takes away the ambiance of the cold drink. I like to see my drink when the cold foam falls into the coffee. Bring back the see-through cups. I will shop elsewhere until then.

I went in there with my black friend to get some coffee and his coffee was made wrong and he asked for it to be made again he was upset so he was pretty stern about it being made again but there's no reason they should make it they made it wrong so what they did instead was banned him from the Starbucks it is the bigger set lady that is Latina that is the manager that created all these issues she is racist against black people and I have to let other people know it breaks my heart that my best friend being dark is not allowed to go to the Starbucks anymore last time you went in there they threaten to call the cops on them so sad please have the big manager lady removed. You have lost me and all of my friends and family has customers

Slowest Starbucks I have ever encountered. There were two in person orders ahead of me and it took a solid 15 minutes to get my iced coffee. Can't wait to get back to Seattle where Starbucks baristas actually hurry.

I know it's hard to live in California but I've never waited so long for a cup of coffee don't. Then I was made fun of by kids lol only in california Ekans²⁶㉚ and on top of that I go to get my coffee the next day and a tatoo lady gave me a paper and said I could never come back. Only in California.
Great service. The staff is always helpful and friendly at this location. I was lucky to grab a parking spot in the front, my work van is a lil on the large side. Glad I stopped in today. The shaken espresso i ordered was perfect.
