Ordered the dark chocolate sorbet and the cranberry sorbet, both vegan I think. I don’t know what witchcraft they worked to make the dark chocolate sorbet so rich and creamy while still being vegan, but I’ll take it. The cranberry sorbet was very grainy and texturally felt more like an icy or slushy.This is gourmet ice cream and you pay the gourmet price. Really enjoyed the burnt caramel. The serving size was small but that worked for me too, went here for a pre lunch pallet cleanser and it was all perfect.4 people group all really enjoyed their flavors.If you're looking for a sugar coma, go elsewhere ?
