We did a quick stop and enjoyed our time. Jesus, Diego and team was awesome! They definitely knew how to crack us up! So funny!!! They knew how to accommodate to our needs. Literally dropped my food outside and they gladly made me a new one. Thanks for the experience.

Work on your customer service and hospitality. Ordered a plain pretzel and was told it's coming out. 20 mins past by as I see new customers coming in and leaving with pretzels coated with cinnamon. I asked the nice lady by the drinks and she asked the lady in back. The lady replied, Order not ready in a really rude tone. Wtf

At what time do the people stop getting ripped off? $4.89 for 12 ounces of strawberry lemonade. This wasn't anything special, just the fountain lemonade! The people need to stop giving these big companies money without thinking! The big companies are going to continue to rip us off as long as they can until we hit them where it hurts, their pocket books by taking business away from them! This is unacceptable due to the people allowing it and paying their prices! This is $0.40 an ounce of lemonade, if you don't think that's stupid, I don't know what will!

People who work here are friendly. I had to toss my pretzel because on the 3rd bite I tasted a strong chemical taste. Thinking somehow my food was contaminated with some cleaning chemicals. Do not recommend.

I visited the store on 7/16/23… and let me say it was by far the worst experience ever… as soon as we walked in the male worker seen us come in and walked away from us not greeting us nor helping us, some young lady welcomed us as she was busy doing something and told us she will be with us in a bit. Then the male worker came back , we still didn’t know what we were going to order , so we were looking at the menu and I seen him saying inappropriate language to the other coworkers that were there , racial vocabulary and the the ladies face expression and I knew they felt uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they have mentioned something to the GM or anyone above but I work at the court office and that is not acceptable, I hope he get retrained or fired!!

Good and fresh. Friendly service. We had to wait about 3 minutes for our pepperoni bites. They were fresh out of baking Drinks were refreshing. Fast and friendly employees.

If I can give zero star I will. Cashier and all the employees very rude. My son wanted to buy a bucket. They could have said they ran out of bucket. When we picked up the food it was given in 5 cups. When I asked the lady instead of apologizing the lady said, the bucket is equal to 5 cups here you go and turned away. They need more customer service training.

The gentleman working the counter was rude. Walked out without ordering anything. He needs to have a better attitude especially working where he's working.

This is for the team working register on 4/15/23 around 6:30 pm, work on your dang customer service skills! Everyone's just an asshole and ready to get off. I understand wanting to be off but you have customers in the store and don't need to be a dick! Finish the customer at the register and give them your attention before trying to service another and also bicker back at forth at the other customer asking a question. Also no need with the snarky comment to the customer saying "I said that 10 minutes ago." Sheeesh.

It would be extremely beneficial for the health department or owner to do random checks and look into the staff. I have heard horrible and horrific things about this location, like stuff you wouldn’t think could happen in a business. To be honest, I think the entire staff need to be reviewed, cameras and computers checked, equipment and storage checked, and more. If things do not change I can see lawsuits popping up in this store’s future.

limited to what was in the warmer, They did have what we were there for. The perfect pretzel bites and cheeese! Employee was super friendly and even told us about the Cinnabon around the corner for our coffee fix.

Megan P was the order taker / cashier that took my order at 4:55 pm. I politely asked for an order of the mini pretzel dogs. With a rude attitude I was informed by Megan P that it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait for them. I said okay and also I pointed to the sign with the fruit breeze but before I could say what I wanted Megan sharply informed me that there was no dragon fruit. I informed Megan P that I wanted the Berry Dragon Fruit Breeze. She said nothing and gave me the total for the fruit breeze smoothie only. I asked her did she add the pretzel dogs and she looked at me, canceled the order, added the pretzel dogs. I never told Megan P never mind or no thank you when she informed me of the wait time for the pretzel dogs. But being that she was intentionally being rude with an attitude she decided for me that I wasn't ordering the pretzel dogs and didn't bother to ask if I still wanted them because of the wait. Even though I was ready to cancel the entire order because I felt mistreated and unwelcome I added a lemonade which she was additionally upset about because she was going extra fast to complete my order and didn't bother to ask me if I wanted anything else after adding the mini pretzel dogs. I would hate to assume this uncourteous and rude treatment was due to my skin tone but my daughter had the same experience with her when we were here a few weeks ago! I have been in the food service industry for years; I own my own treat shop and in the aviation industry for years and this is very unprofessional, rude and terrible customer service treatment for any customer of any color and a very bad look for Auntie Anne's in the outlet mall. I'm sure I'm not the 1st Megan P has dished this treatment to and It won't be the last. I will be sure to share my experience and my daughter's experience. And the mini pretzel dogs took 9 minutes...
