This poor crew was out of everything, but they made it right with every customer that they could have. The manager was making great calls to make customer service a high priority, it was very well done. They didn't have anything to sell yet. They were doing the best they could in there.

They were out of beef (no sign posted, had to wait until you were ordering to be told), ketchup, and napkins. We ordered a western burger with chicken instead, since they didn't have beef ... And we were charged extra. Are you serious? And the chicken was not good, I took 2 bites and threw it out. Staff was nice, but this was ridiculous.
