George, Tommy and Carlos were amazing. The service they provided was above par, they had a professional and friendly demeanor and kept the place clean. They went above and beyond what is expected. Wish there were more employees and places like this. They need to promoted and appreciated, this is what brings people back. Highly recommend. Location is Tejon Ranch, CA.

Best Carls Jr. experience I’ve ever had! Although there weren’t any bathroom coat hangers, and the toilet paper was just kinda on the floor… Other than that! Fantastic service, quality food and drinks, and a clean lobby. KEEP IT UP YOU GUYS!!!

Stopped by the Carl’s Jr. at the Outlets at Tejon and had an absolutely excellent experience! Carlos, the manager, went above and beyond to take care of us — truly outstanding customer service. He was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and came out fast — exactly what you hope for on a road trip stop.
