I did the drive-through and Carlos G took my order. I have never had someone speak so clearly through the microphone! He was very clear, polite, and repeated my order back to me. I really appreciated that.

This has got to be the best Carls Jr Location in existence! The staff here are so friendly and constantly check on you while you dine in. Manager is very nice and helpful even sweeping the floor in between little breaks to make sure the lobby is clean and stopping by each table to ask you if you needed anything else. And to top it off even the bathrooms were sparkling clean. Food was also very fresh and hot, first time my food actually looked like the adds!

They missed the fries in my order and could hardly hear the mumbling.
The manager Carlos G. was so friendly & kind to us. He even walked around the restaurant to be sure everybody had everything we needed. We will definitely stop here again.
