Wow, what a delightful find! I was taking my cousin to look for rugby cleats at the outlet center when it suddenly started to downpour. We ran into this small hole in the wall to seek shelter but what we found was one of the most delicious, authentic Sichuan dining establishments I have encountered in eighteen years of being a food critic and professor of gastronomy. Let's put it this way, I will never eat here again. They only accept cash. The food is cold and have no taste. Little options for main entres and whatever is available looks like it has been there for hours. I when it comes to drinks, they had invited by three options, all soda.

Turn around and run for your lives...worst Chinese restaurant ever... forget Chinese probably is the worst restaurant in the world... food tastes like leftovers from catering party or something. Tejon ranch has much better options... if you can survive the 5 min drive jus go there. Or subway and Tony's pizza... DONT EAT AT China max.

I ordered food here coz we had no choice due to other closed restaurants ..I ordered the 2 entree,they will charge a .50 cents extra for half noodle and rice. The food is absolutely the worst,it tastes like a leftover from last night.I have eaten at different fast food joint but I should have driven to Panda Express instead, which is about a mile from the outlet.Save yourself some time and frustrations.

OMG I did not believe other reviews when they said bad customer service... Boy was I wrong! The younger Asian guy doesn't care for customer satisfaction he looks so miserable working there.. living the American dream. Here's a suggestion, Maybe don't own a business that you don't love. Just look at the fork they gave me..?

This is hands down the worst Chinese food I've ever had. I'm not extremely picky and don't have unrealistic hopes for mall food but the employee serving the food sniffled while making our plates, an older gentlemen threw green onions into a serving tray with his bare hands and they don't offer water cups just over priced bottled water. The general tsos was hard and cold, bending the tines of the plastic fork. We ended up throwing everything away. Disgusting from start to finish.

Wow. Wish I had one good thing to say but can't think of anything Bad food Horrible service (from fast food!!!) Asked for water and told only bottled water for $2 3 of us ordered food and no one ate more than 1/4 of our food and we were starving!! Had to go to burger joint next door
