Had it again a couple of weeks ago. Consistency of taste is there. This place is a hidden gem in the food court, went out of my way to have it! The kids play place in the food court helps keep little kids occupied so you can eat in peace.

Update. Someone did reach out to me to try and make things right after my review. This says a lot about the place and hopefully my experience was a one off. Avoid this place like the plague. Run for the hills or at least know where the restroom is. Don't let the menu pictures of actual juicy burgers fool you. These burgers look nothing like the pictures and are far from being worthy of being called juicy. I had the saddest bbq burger. Patty was small, like a mashed meatball, soggy onion ring, and bread even a bird wont touch. All this for a bargain price of $14 with a soda and fries. But in case you have zero taste buds or the only burger youve ever tried was play doh, or you want to be the judge of this, enjoy. If youve read this far, eat anywhere else. Youre better off with gas station sushi.
The chili cheese fries looked really nasty as soon as I saw them. They were a dull brown color and very hard to get into. I think the physique of them actually made it even harder to eat, they were just not good. For the food to be this bad this place is very overpriced. However, at least the girls working were very nice ! Customer service was great (: Food was not !

I ordered the #1 combo which is a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. The burger includes onions, tomato, pickles and thousand island dressing. The burger was juicy, tasted ok. It tasted just good, but nothing impressive or memorable, but it hit the spot. It satisfied my hunger. The fries on the other were not good. Flavorless and overcooked. If I would have just ordered a burger it would have been a tasty meal on it's own. Customer service was good. Polite and service was prompt. Overall, it was ok. Would stop by again if I was shopping and the hunger pangs came along all of a sudden and had no time to drive out to some other eatery.

Awful service. Girls working the counter on their phones not acknowledging customers who are waiting for them to get off their phones. When food arrived they forgot some items and had to wait again to be helped.
So, what if your plane is 3 hours late.
