Pieology Pizzeria Tejon Ranch, CA

Truly excellent service, some of the best we've received at a fast food location. The two men working were really friendly and helpful, and seemed like they were enjoying themselves which says a lot about the management! The pizzas were fresh and hot and made well. I got a gluten free crust and my husband got the hand-stretched. Obviously the pizza is not going to be as great as from a true pizza joint, but if you're looking for something made fresh and to order while traveling, this is a great option.

Took the 2 for 16” (5 toppings for each supposedly) had only 3 toppings on one and cheese mix the other (again only Parmesan mozzarella and feta so not 5) asked to add a little cheese on the edge for missing spots on ONE (the one with cheese). “I’m sorry” he says. “That’s all I can do for cheese.” I’m like hmm ok…charging me for 5 toppings and not even able to spread the cheese properly….I was just hungry and decided to let it go. I would have not even buy it at all at that point. Asked for oregano and he’s adding barely. Whoever owns this place please don’t think pizza is all about a fancy oven! Pizza is about customers. And I’m not a happy one. I’ve left no tip and couldn’t even sit and eat as the table was sticky. Your “ideology” about pizzas is disrespectful to customers fyi. Maybe change your ideology..

Ordered 40 minutes in advance for pick up at 1:15. A simple cheese pizza. They never even checked the receipts... do not order ahead here. They don't pay attention.

Never had pieology but we’re on an 8 hour drive home and I had to pee so bad so we stopped by, they didn’t say anything to me but they said to my boyfriend that only customers could use the bathroom and so my boyfriend said okay well we will buy like a couple drinks after going pee. The worker said nope we’re closing so get out or we’re calling the police, mind you there’s like four other girls in the bathroom as I’m using the bathroom and it’s like 9:22 pm, this place don’t close till like 10pm so I don’t understand what the issue was but the guy was so rude for no reason, he coulda been polite but he had the biggest attitude, like bro was the god of the bathroom, oh and by the way there was four of us and only stopped my boyfriend, terrible customer service even after we offered to buy drinks….do better bathroom man.

Stopped by to use the restroom only signage indicating customer restroom usage is extremely dark and was in a hard to see area entering the restaurant. After me and three friends entered I was the only one stopped out of the four of us. After getting attitude from a worker (wish I would’ve gotten his name) I told him I would purchase something afterwards. He then said we’re closing so I can’t sell anything. Mind you this was at 9:30 with customers actively in the store ordering. I suggest if you want any good customer service to not go here. Guy had a nasty attitude for no reason.

What a lovely experience, I ordered a custom pizza online and I have a gluten & dairy allergy. When I came to pick it up the team member at the counter informed me that he was just boxing up my pizza, it took about 5mins to do so due to him taking the time to make sure to only use clean cutters and spatula. He was friendly, professional, and communicated with me very professional and oh my the pizza it was the best pizza from Pieology I’ve had in years, I haven’t had it made this good since I worked at a pieology myself. I can’t comment on the bathrooms as they were being cleaned at the time but I have to say I would 10/10 stop here again. Unfortunately did get the name of the team member’s name but I order 16/12 @ 8:35 and he had a long beard.

My wife daughter, and I went in there around 12pm on 12/2 and all ordered 3 separate things. My wife and I have been throwing up and pooping for the last 2 hours. I’ve never felt so sick in my life and won’t be surprised if I go to the hospital tonight. The only ingredient we shared and that my daughter didn’t have were olives so my guest is they are bad. Everything taste great and people are nice but my wife and I are legit violently ill.
