Best subway i've ever been to. would recommend the food was fresh and tasty. I encourage everyone to buy from this location only!!!

It had been a while that I had went to Subway...was wanting one today so I ordered 2 Elite Chicken bacon ranch (both hot sandwiches) and a extreme club for son. I got home, I literally live down the street noticed no bacon on our sandwiches and they were both cold, like cold cold. I did call and let the older lady know and she mentioned that employee that made ours must have not put the current temp. She did off to reheat them if I was to take them back. I told her I was already eating and that the bread was already about to fall apart. She did offer then to add the bacon to another sandwich if I go back at another time. Please, please train employees properly to avoid this and for how expensive they are, it was so not worth it today.

I love coming here but they need to put timers on the employees cause how are we walking out with a single toasted sub that are cold before they hit the exit

The Subway has been remodeled and the employees are pretty fast of making the sandwich you want whether it's off the menu or customize

They always stingy on the meat. I ask for double meat and it looks like the regular portions and they charge me extra ? they acting like it comes out of they paycheck ??

So hot inside this store. Poor staff, as they were all smiles and helpful and having to work in that heat ?The sandwiches were good but the staff is what made it a more pleasurable experience than any other subway we've been to.
Parking: There is a small parking lot in front but there is also plenty of parking asking the street side too

Went onto this Location an hour before closing one night to get lunch for my kids to take to school the next morning. When my son and I walked in one Girl said to the other "Do you want to take care of them?" The other girl looked at her and said "NOT REALLY" And they laughed as we walked out. Made the awful MISTAKE of ordering this Subway Location through Door Dash. When it Arrived my $10 salad was in a Tiny Protein Bowl and only filled about 1/3 of the way. They Did NOT put LETTUCE! How do you forget Lettuce in a Salad? I even had it checked off. Not to mention they also left out the Cheese. I guess I've got to go to Bakersfield if I want Subway for now on. I really like to buy local but I've been disappointed many times. These employees need training in what NOT to say Infront of customers and CUSTOMER SERVICE in general.
