Excellent subs made in front of you as you choose your own toppings. Customer service is hit and miss. Sometimes you'll get a friendly sandwich maker and other times they're to busy on the sandwich assembly line. Sometimes this place is super busy! Environment is clean.... Make sure you check your order before you leave. I got home and realized I'd been charged for four subs and I only ordered three They NEVER answer the phone! The manager told the store employees to transfer phones when they're busy....I called relentlessly until the next day-NO ANSWER! I went in, and received a refund! Good sandwiches, made YOUR WAY!

Went onto this Location an hour before closing one night to get lunch for my kids to take to school the next morning. When my son and I walked in one Girl said to the other "Do you want to take care of them?" The other girl looked at her and said "NOT REALLY" And they laughed as we walked out. Made the awful MISTAKE of ordering this Subway Location through Door Dash. When it Arrived my $10 salad was in a Tiny Protein Bowl and only filled about 1/3 of the way. They Did NOT put LETTUCE! How do you forget Lettuce in a Salad? I even had it checked off. Not to mention they also left out the Cheese. I guess I've got to go to Bakersfield if I want Subway for now on. I really like to buy local but I've been disappointed many times. These employees need training in what NOT to say Infront of customers and CUSTOMER SERVICE in general.

Never will I return to this location again! The customer service was absolutely horrible!! The women behind the counter were actually arguing with me because I wanted spinach instead of lettuce which equally didn't look appealing! I had to school them in proper customer service! Shout out to the subway on hwy 58 at the camanche Dr exit the only one in Bakersfield ( trust I've checked them all) that still serves pastrami just as u order it...

So, I stopped for my first time for lunch, ordered the new go pro whatever bowl, it was AWESOME! The girls were so friendly and nice, absolutely made my day!! Keep up the smiles, or I assume they were, with the masks and what not!

This restaurant is my number one place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to visit this place. Whenever I feel like having a good lunch, this is the place that comes straight to my head. good and all kinds of food and a rich menu.great staff members, and pleasant mood. Not less important, the charge is modest. I praise this place with no doubt.
