Employees are nice, but Mobile orders take too long. Every time I order via the app, it takes 15-20 minutes to get my food. Sometimes it never comes out and I end up having to ask for it at the counter after 20+ minutes.

Today I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and all of it was crap. I am vegetarian and ordered a californian breakfast crunchwrap but they gave me one with bacon all in it instead not only that the nacho fries were completley stale they tasted like they had sat out atleast 4 hours. I also had ordered a bean burrito with added sour cream and they didn't add the sour cream and a dorito loco taco supreme with black beans instead of meat, they kept the meat and the taco wasn't crunchy and the cheese was melted so either it had sat out in the heat for awhile or it was old and was reheated.

I don’t suggest walking in to Taco Bell if you want to be helped or served. They have multiple workers but they all just ignore you and when you finally get someone’s attention they just tell each other to help you and in the end you don’t get helped.
I wanted to give this place a chance but honestly, each time I order I am met with an unpleasant but expected surprise. This time was the worst so far. I had ordered 3 bean and rice burritos, a chalupa box and 3 hard supreme tacos. I was given three cheesy roll ups and a party box with a TON of sauce. Their speaker isn't functioning. Definetly would not recommend. Take the time and go to the one on your way to Hart Park. Not going again.

It's raining and I wanted to go for fast and hot food ♨️ I order tacos ? and I see that they gave me literally cold cold ones, they made me wait 5 minutes. To order 5min. To pay and receive my order and they still tell me that they don't have Pepsi knowing that it is the most requested drink . They should put more employees since there are not enough people there, it is unpleasant to buy a taco and you are hungry and they give it to you cold, the food is sacred and quite expensive so that they don't serve it to you hot ♨️. It's not the kids' fault, it's the owners' fault for not having enough staff ?
