I was Looking forward to eating some good barbecue. Seeing that it was a five star Restaurant chose to eat there for dinner. Paid.
For our dinner set down in the eating area. Didn't hear Her call our name. A customer came and told us about our food being done. I Walked over to the counter to get my food. There was another customer's child jumping up-and-down over my plate that was uncovered. Trying to see what was in the Tray no telling how long it was being exposed to grems. After returning to my seat the cashier brought another customer's food to them at the table in covered containers. Why were they treated with respect but we didn't get the same treatment. Bushed it off continued to eat part of my food BBq meat Excellent. Potato and mac salad could use TLC. Throw them away exposed food I throw away. Will not return

Once I heard that a new bbq restaurant was opening I had to taste it, so I hiked all the way from Las Vegas for some wings. I arrived Monday not knowing it opens on Friday, so I had no choice but to camp outside for 5 days with no food or water, I only brought enough money for the bbq. I had lost 30 lbs waiting for the restaurant to open, it was beyond worth it. I don’t know if it was because I was starving, or just the fact that it was so good but I nearly passed out when the wing touched my tongue. Thank god for smokin oak bbq.

The most amazing BBQ/Smoke meat you will find in Mariposa. Extremely delicious and juicy. We drove 5 hours for it and it totally was worth it. Highly recommend 👌 it.

It’s too hot to cook so I stopped by and got a whole tri tip! Thanks for working outside in the heat so we don’t have to!

As you first drive up you are enticed by the wonderful aroma of the meat smoking on the grill. Customer service is the best, it is apparent The grill Master takes pride in his work. The tri-tip is the best! Perfectly slow cooked to your liking, the most tender and flavorful you will find anywhere! I highly recommend purchasing a whole tri-tip if not more. They are great the first day, then the second day make sandwiches out of it! Definitely a crowd pleaser!

Billy was very professional and the food was outstanding! We hired him to cater our party and everything was perfect! The appetizers of candied bacon and jalapeño poppers kept the guests coming back for more and the main course didn’t disappoint either with tender tri tip and perfectly cooked chicken. He made the event enjoyable cause I had to do nothing and he took care of everything! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a delightful pop up eatery located in Auberry, next to Ponderosa Market. I had the tri-tip sandwich with cheese and peppers and it was delicious! Thank you Chef Billy for making me an exquisite dinner and your generosity. I look forward stopping by again very soon.
