Once I heard that a new bbq restaurant was opening I had to taste it, so I hiked all the way from Las Vegas for some wings. As you first drive up you are enticed by the wonderful aroma of the meat smoking on the grill. Customer service is the best, it is apparent The grill Master takes pride in his work. The tri-tip is the best! Perfectly slow cooked to your liking, the most tender and flavorful you will find anywhere! I highly recommend purchasing a whole tri-tip if not more. They are great the first day, then the second day make sandwiches out of it! Definitely a crowd pleaser!
Billy was very professional and the food was outstanding! We hired him to cater our party and everything was perfect! The appetizers of candied bacon and jalapeño poppers kept the guests coming back for more and the main course didn’t disappoint either with tender tri tip and perfectly cooked chicken. He made the event enjoyable cause I had to do nothing and he took care of everything! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
