Hubs & kids say this was the best snowcone ever. I'm not a huge fan but even I was impressed and would gladly go back. The snow cones were huge and stayed powdery and kept the syrup instead of turning into ice with the syrup just pooling on the bottom. I got a rootbeer float that had ice cream in the center. Amazing!Kid-friendliness: Great for the kids
Yummy shaved ice. You can get up to 3 flavors in one cup. The small was enough for two. Coffee is good, dirty chai was delicious. Decor and seating vibes were meh, but I'm glad we came. Enjoyed it. Would come back for the shaved ice! Thanks!

A trip to Avila Beach is not complete without a visit to Big Al’s at the Beach. The flavors here are wonderful, my personal favorite is the root beer (which is a wonderful rendition of a root beer float). We like to take the short walk after a day at the beach before we get in the car and head home.Kid-friendliness: Just a perfect beach dessert for kiddos.
