Nestled into the small ocean front town of Avila Beach, California you will find a little piece of heaven on earth.....known to me as Reimer's. You can browse the mermaid and ocean themed gifts throughout the store while you wait in a short line for the highest quality ice cream I have ever tasted in my entire life....and let me tell you I have experienced some amazing ice cream from across the world. The friendly ice cream server answered my questions with a smile and in-depth knowledge about the various flavors and ingredients...I was pleasantly surprised and her recommendations were on point. I highly recommend stopping in and having multiple flavors of the ice cream, doing some shopping and make a selection of some incredible chocolates. World Class!

Delicious ice cream! We were here two days in a row and helped by the same person each time and they were very friendly. They allow ice cream samples also which was great so we could sample then decide which flavor/s we wanted to purchase.

Sometimes you go into a shop and don't realize it that you can review it on Yelp. I've gone into the shop numerous times and bought candy and today I bought divinity. I love divinity. My mother used to make it and this is the only place I think I've ever found it, I also decided to get my husband, some orange sherbet which he loves, and the girls were terrific. They put it on ice so I could get it home, I so much appreciated that. I definitely recommend the services so great. They have all the old candies that you grew up with and it's hard to walk out of there with not buying something. so much fun

Wonderful staff and glorious ice cream. I had their wild blackberry and it was divine! I appreciated the staff sharing with me it was made from hand picked wild berries. It was a nice surprise in my mouth. Just tasted like sweet blackberries. It was perfect.

Came here 10 min before closing on my last day in Avila with the fam. We didn't check to see what time they closed and I didn't ask until after we got our ice cream. All 3 of the ladies were very nice and courteous even with us walking in all wanting ice cream as they were closing. They could have told us that they were done for the night but instead they served us some of the best ice cream we have had all week. I got the coffee ice cream with a waffle cone and it was amazing!! I wish I was here longer to try more of their menu. I will be back next vacation! Thank you again ladies!

Best ever sundae! We got the large two scoop sundae and it was so good. One scoop of pistachio almond and the other was raspberry cheesecake. She topped it with hot fudge, nuts, homemade whipped cream and two cherries.The store is so cute and lots of goodies to try. If you are in the area it's worth a stop.
