It's open (gas station) in the early hours. I went at 6 am, of course the food court is closed, but who is up that early xD The bathrooms are CLEAN and smell nice! It's a nice bathroom spot and lots of stalls, very spacious. Has a Frazil machine for those wondering in the gas station.
It free parking but expensive as hell inside. KFC $11 box deal was $25

Fully 1/3 of the toilets were out of order on our recent stop.
The inside of the actual shop is clean with lots of choices for food and drinks. There is a lot of parking and access back onto the highway is easy.
This spot is an all in one and was very clean.
