It seems like if you want food you better be prepared to order it out of a gas station when visiting Baker, CA. Jersey Mikes is no different. Order at a small counter and they make it while you instruct on the other side of the counter. If you want seating be prepared to eat in the elements where temperatures force lizards to carry water and seek shade. As for the sandwich my tuna was just okay and came at a cost of nearly 15% more than other Jersey Mike's stores. Decent...
Unfortunately, we must agree with so many other reviewers that this place should not be your first choice for buying anything while waiting to charge your vehicle. The prices are out of this world and for the most part, double what you would pay back home. Unlike airport prices due to high concession costs inside an airport, there is no excuses here for both of the fast food restaurants located in the same complex except to price gouge their customers. It is sad just how bad...
Overall service needs a lot of improvement. Cashier’s attitude needs immediate attention and not friendly at all. Those who prepare sub are great and I feel bad that even if I want I cannot separately rate them. Items are priced almost thrice of normal rates.
