I was coming back from vegas and stoped to get food and the cashier was standing on the Pizza Hut side of restaurant, I ask him as I pointed if kfc was open he said yes so I went back to the kfc side and waited. I stood there for a while looking around wondering where was the cashier, finally the guy that I had talk to, said can I help you . I was confused so I asked why he didn’t say he was the kfc cashier when I asked he didn’t answer me. I thought he was rude or maybe slow so I ordered a 4 piece chicken box, got my food and got back on the road towards home. I got ready to eat and the food looked disgusting it was hard and dry and tasted even worse left an ugly after taste in my mouth. I joked with my family that it was road kill. So when I arrived to my home town I bought a 4 piece chicken box and it was delicious, just like every other time that I ate kfc chicken. thank u

When I arrived I orded a chicken sandwich after being told they didn't have the famous bowl. I was told all the had was tenders or regular chicken. What kind if KFC only has 2 things available. Oh I know the ones that don't want to do any work.

I came at your Baker, CA KFC at 1:30 pm to order 4 pcs chicken and I was told that they don’t have anything ready and have to wait 30 minutes. This place is a busy place and no ready food to sell, not good!!!

Did a online pickup order for this place. Located in one of those gas stations multi-indoor-fastfood-restaurant type locations. We decided to eat in the communal food court eating area. It was kept clean.Found a great online deal on the KFC website. I noticed the chicken pieces were a lot smaller. For a second there I thought I was having pigeon. The fries serving was also smaller. And the biscuit, wow it was as if someone put a do not put in dryer top and shrunk to a ridiculous size...same with this biscuit. It seems to be half the size of what they used to be. My girlfriend ordered a chicken pot pie and complained that there was hardly any actual chicken pieces in it. So sad KFC corporate making us pay more and getting less.*The service here was good, friendly and helpful.Would I come back here? If I was in the area and craving KFC I would but only if I could find another great online deal otherwise (not this location's fault) it's overpriced for what you are getting.

My experience was pretty bad. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was extremely dry. A $9 dry tasteless chicken sandwich is not realistic. I also asked for fried chicken and they said it would take 20 to 25 minutes to be ready. I expect to have a good chicken sandwich and available chicken whenever I go to KFC but that was not the case. Very disappointed.
I haven't eaten at a KFC in 10 years as the ONE on my island of Kauai gave me food poisoning. Today, on a stupid whim, driving through the desert I stopped in Baker and ordered a 3 piece meal and fries with a biscuit. The lady at the counter, which also sold Pizza Hut products, was nice enough.The food is an embarrassing memory when compared to the KFC from my youth. I ordered "Original" as that is what I was craving.The chicken was a mix of Original coating and then either cooked for too long or left under the heating light too long. It was inedible and the memories of food poisoning flooded back. The fries were hard as if left under the heating light too long as well!It was a horrible experience altogether.

The WORST MANAGER named Enrique handled a situation horribly.I had to call the police on a man who accused me of being drunk after hit my car with his door on purposeThis man ran inside yelling and screaming profanity.Instead of coming to my aid the manager name Enrique tells his staff to take a picture of my License plate.Instead of calling the police like I asked them to, the denied to call and I had to borrow a cell phone because they refused.This man that accused me of being drunk slammed his door into my car.This whole started because of a parking spot that apparently wasn’t one.They’re was no sign stating not to park.I was harassed and even my girlfriend went inside the store, the man that was out of control tried to grab my girlfriend and assault her. This manager DIS NOTHING AT ALL.I Expect a response back from this gas station. If not I will be following up with the generaL manager by the end of this week.Worst way to handle this type of problem.In fact FIX YOUR PARKING. They’re is clearly no sign.Shame on you Enrique. SHAME ON YOU.Disrespectful, and no consideration. Just plain unprofessional. This is the type of management chevron stands for?
