Very nice workers evening of 11/16/24. We all got sprinkle cake cones with kids scoop, but it’s a lot of ice cream! My youngest daughter and I adore the chocolate fudge flavor! We visit here regularly summer and winter. Thank you!

The treatment by what i assume was the manager/owner was ridiculous. Came in for a promo, ordered on the app (which was not working well. Took 4 attempts to have it finally process our orders) Upon arriving at the store, they did not have my order. The older gentleman sought the help of Heeren. I showed him my fully processed order. He then looked for my order and said he didnt have it. Their system is set up so they only get orders every 15 minutes and then allows them 15 minutes after that to make it. So because i placed my order at 3:19, they werent going to get it til 330, and prepared by 345. Once i understood that, i wasnt mad at them. I said their system sucks and i would wait. It was 327 at that point. Honestly, he could have seen my receipt, knowing thats how the system works, and just given me my ice cream. But no, he had to start getting nasty and telling me thats what i get for ordering a free ice cream and i cant just have what i want. Even if i had paid $100 for the ice cream, thats how their system works. I didnt appreciate him getting ugly about me using a promo code that the company put out. There were more employees than customers. I wasnt holding anyone up. I even said i would just wait. But he kept running his mouth being rude and argumentative. I repeatedly told him to stop talking to me as i already sat down to wait for my single scoop of ice cream. He then accused me of saying the f word. Not sure how he spells "sucks" but its not with an F.

All he had to do was say "oh Im sorry but our system wont show me your order for 3 more minutes. Please have a seat and i will bring it out to you".

It stinks that the app didnt work well and their system is set up with a delay, but there was no need for him to be nasty. Ice cream is supposed to be a treat not a fight.

I haven’t been to this Baskin Robins in a few years and I’m not sure if it was the time that I got there but the seating areas were really dirty. Both the floor and tables were covered with trash, ice cream, and other unknown substances. The service itself is great, the staff are friendly and kind. I just personally wished that the seating area was cleaner.

My wife and I went in there two nights ago at 830 pm. There was a young man and young lady working and as we entered, the girl walked to the back and the boy kept doing his thing. It took some time before the boy acknowledged our presence. I wanted jamoca but he said it was out, I could not see because they had covers over the left side as if they were in a hurry to close on time. This was really disappointing.

On September 29th 2023 around 2:30pm we came for ice cream as a family of five. The guy that helped us was awesome, It is the first time in our lives that the ice cream looked exactly like the pictures. He went above and beyond to serve us quality ice cream… We were really impressed!!! We definitely recommend!!!

We ordered and paid for a 2 scoop sundae and the kid who works there only put in one scoop. We realized it on our way home and it was later so didn't want to turn around and go back. Really crummy deal.

Just got some much needed ice cream. Good service

Arrived at 9:53pm and they stated (3 employees) that they couldn't make shakes at this time. Asked for an Ice Cream Sunday and they refused to make it but they would serve plain Ice Cream in a cup or cone. Makes no sense if a Sunday is in a cup and all I was asking for was to add whipped cream on top.

The blonde girl was the only one taking care of orders. The other two stood there talking while they had a line.

Great place to pick up a tasty treat with the family! I've had nothing but positive experiences here during the last three years of eating at this Baskin-Robbins. Ice cream is always great and we order several custom cakes here every year. No complaints whatsoever! Recommended spot, especially on family scoop nights (Tuesdays).
