Caitlyn was very rude and would not make another one even though a sign said they honor whether I like it or not and when I asked her if she yelled at me so I just said “I’m not here to fight with you “ I got the owners phone number and left and I told her that it wasn’t even the drink it was that she was yelling at me and I was embarrassed, and she started yelling again not a good Saturday afternoon experience

been to dozens of boba places and this one is the best! i have been going here with my partner for about 2 years and it never disappoints! everyone is super friendly and drinks are a 10/10 no matter who makes it! price is definitely worth the taste! fresh warm boba and always give you a helpful portion. vanilla oreo shake with boba is the best! we always try to make an excuse to stop by hehe

Been here plenty of times and every time I’ve been there has always been the same type of service. I will start with the good! Everything we have ever gotten has been delicious. We definitely love and appreciate the Monday Special. The taste is great, have not yet been disappointed on that subject. Now let me move on to the service as I’m big on Customer Service. Every single time I’ve been there, we don’t get a welcome, not even a smile... it’s pretty much a what do you want, without words. I’ve been inside the place long enough to see the interactions with the different types of guest!! I see how they smile and welcome others but that has never happened to us! Once this changes I think the place will deserve better star ratings! Word of mouth is still a thing! After all this is how I heard of this place.

Have loved Chaca Tea Bar since 2017, and this new location is so cozy and inviting <3 They use real brewed tea, not the powdered stuff + their creamer is dairy free (big win for me).
I looove the honey black milk tea and the honey green milk tea. 🤌🤌🤌
I also used to work at the Redlands location years ago, and the owners have always been very kind, and they treat their staff well.
We got the green tea with mango chunks and chia seeds, and it’s absolutely amazing!! Highly recommend!!

I recently moved here and have been looking for a inexpensive boba shop and omg have I found it, we came in 20 minutes before closing and got 2 xl Thai teas with boba and they were very inexpensive and so good will be trying again.
