Fries were under cooked, the chicken didn't taste like all the other church's around So Cal. Made my experience suck. Would not recommend to anyone . Even the mashed potatoes were super watery.

The lady at the register is very rude and doesn’t like to listen . I asked for a 2 Texas two piece meals both legs I’d pay the extra , I said my kids only eat legs I’ll pay extra and she stated I’d have to buy the chicken the way it comes that is policy. So I didn’t buy anything. Whomever the guy is at Arco that work the register said she can not do and if I want him to talk to her because I can buy legs that way. I refuse and went about my day

On 11-24 went there the batter on the chicken was not like Church’s in Riverside it was far more crunchy overall the chicken was decent although there seemed to be cooked chicken piled high hours of chicken with the amount of business I witnessed. I noticed a foul smell along with filthy floors. I won’t be returning. Shell gas station fried chicken is much better.

Horrible service. The lady told me it would be extra for okra with my family meal. I said I was ok with that. Then she says order it online cause she couldn’t change my sides to okra from the register, so I did. Then she says she don’t have okra after I already ordered online.I said ok give me fries then. She says “the fries are cheaper I don’t want to waste your money “ I told her I know what I want and the price of it and it was fine…She gave me refund and She told me to come back tomorrow don’t waste my money on fries . I’m like what the hell who does that…I was really patient cause I wanted chicken and didn’t want them to do something to my food if I ordered. She really didn’t want to work or cook she kept telling my to get mashed potatoes or corn or Mac and cheese..I really wanted some church and okra but she turned me off. I’m So upset. How you tell a customer to come back tomorrow don’t waste your money smh…

This place is okay, if you like the tasty biscuits , you won't find them here for some reason the folks running the place don't honey the biscuits like most of us do. If you like jalapenos and order the Texas 2 piece order that comes with a jalapeno pepper. Make sure it's in your bag. These folks must not like spicy because they will not put the jalapeno pepper in order that your entitled too.
This place has come down in quality as place is not as well kept and the chicken seems to have “warmer burns” as it could have been there for extended period of time. This is disappointing as this is my favorite chicken and I drove 30 miles for this. Oil fryer seems stale so taste and crispiness is not quite I expected.
