I will not use a screen to place my order sorry not happening Needless to say we have been coming here for over 35 plus year we are locals and will not be returning. I don’t like the self kiosk, especially when paying cash, you have to waste time doing both. I used to go out of my way for this Del Taco because they had employees that actually took your order. Yesterday evening I walked in and nobody wants to help you, they just look at you, and expect you to order from the kiosk. After waiting about five minutes, I just left. I won’t be back here. Employees better be careful about ignoring customers, and not wanting to take their orders. Soon there will be machines making the food and you’ll be out of a job, and you’d have wished you helped customers that no longer come to your establishment because of poor customer service. Employees in fast food are paid well now, so why not give better customer service, instead of being lazy, and waiting for your job to be replaced by robots. Soon you will no longer be needed.

Rather disappointing service. Anyone who comes inside to eat is basically ignored and you wait in line after all the drive through traffic is handled. Very few clean tables look like they've been sitting dirty and not wiped for quite a while the drink fountain area was just a mess needless to say leave something to be desired
