Rather disappointing service. Anyone who comes inside to eat is basically ignored and you wait in line after all the drive through traffic is handled. Very few clean tables look like they've been sitting dirty and not wiped for quite a while the drink fountain area was just a mess needless to say leave something to be desired

Normally this place is ok but this morning the service and food was horrible. When he handed me the bag of fries they weren't even warm. I asked how long they had been sitting there he said "they literally just came out of the fryer". Total lie. Should get better service and food for 35 bucks.

This worker is VERY rude gave me dirty looks Made me repeat myself until we decided to pull up then manager asks why i pulled up saying i had to order through the speaker treating me like im dumb i already know that but we pulled up SO they could hear us because it was like they we're almost trying to shoo us for no reason also they forgot My toddlers Nuggets and fríes and i went back to get then which is why this all happened and it was this same Girl ASHLEY who forgot then the first time too idk what i did Girl but okay lol! 0 stars if i could.

I've always dug Del Taco, and still do ; > Burritos, tacos, burgers, nachos! Great food, very reasonable prices. You can go inside, or use their drive-thru. The freeway traffic makes it difficult to hear and be heard, but don't be shy and speak up. They also have 2 drive-thrus for our convenience. Enjoy ; >
Parking: I prefer this spot on Ramsey apposed to Beaumont Ave. Only because the access is so much easier.
6am and the coffee is not even made. Caught them I guess in the middle of a clean took way too long for 2 veggie burritos.

Went this morning at 5:30 am for a quick road trip bite. Cashier was half asleep no feedback when ordering and food was cold like it wasn't warm at all.
Edit to add 11-18-24 order, so my pregnant wife wanted a chicken quesadilla from here even though our last visit wasn’t good but I caved and went again, this time I was charged for a chicken quesadilla but got just cheese and my chili cheese fries were not as ordered either, I don’t want to contact anyone, I don’t want a refund, I just want what I pay for and that’s literally it, thanks.
Sadly, I cannot say anything good about this place anymore, as an F&B manager myself I know how difficult it can be every day, so I usually just overlook inconsistency and inaccuracy from here but today was the worst! I ordered snack tacos with light meat and extra cheese, super easy, paid extra like anywhere else and it’s fine, really subbing beef for some cheese should be free anyways but that’s not the problem at all. 3 of the tacos were broken already and also well I’ll just show the pictures I guess.. Every pic is a different taco, but, at least the cashier guy was nice 👍
