Ordered pizza thru app-cinn twists too-tapped 1 icing. Picked up-no icing-cd store-spoke with Matt-said icing could be delivered to my residence since I know someone who works there that lives in my park. Waited & waited. Emailed corp-got a case #-3 times-but no one ever took complaint. Ridiculous. Am deleting my app & will never go there again. So stupid-over icing-he could have taken my name & next time could have got 2. U should take care of loyal customer complaints. Vicki Hopkins

I want to say first of all that the employee that got confronted by a disrespectful customer and his canine handled the situation very well and kept his composer by not going over board you don't see that alot these days the service was great as well as the food I went in because the app was giving me an issue which was solved soon as I went in be safe out there ...

Sucky service called first time they had me on hold for 15 minutes I called twice I was trying to ask how much longer are they Ganna have me waiting they he left me talking mid way and put me on hold. Waited 10 minutes called again and he answered rude and put me on hold without listening to my question very rude very unprofessional whoever was answering phone calls on 05/07/2025 around 7:30pm needs to get talked to very unprofessional rude.

Wasted 30 mins after getting off work after placing my order a single $30 medium pizza called to say I wanted to add parmesan cheese. He told me they couldn't take cash for my parmesan cheese I had to pay with my debit card or credit card I said well I'm paying for my pizza in cash then he said I couldn't get my order either so my wife and kids went with out for the night. I've spent thousands here over the years I will never spend another penny at this location

So I do frequent dominoes, and love their pizza but today I want to do a shout out to one of the drivers Catherine and the manager. They found my wallet in the parking lot were able to identify me and made a special trip to return it to my home. Wonderful, honest people which is rare these days.
