During a road trip, we decided to give this place a shot. 10/10 recommend. The employees were all so friendly, the place is clean and the food is fresh. This will be a spot to regularly stop when traveling through SoCal!

Mexican chubby lady has the worst customer service it looks like she is the manager and was not letting people use the restroom and telling people to wait for their food on the entrance bench because she was cleaning she told us that someone stole the restroom keys ( she was lying to not let people use the restrooms) the drink machine was not working. If the restaurant is about to close and u cant dine in they should close the door and do only drive through instead treating clients like that . I will never coming back here again EVER

Everything was great again we've had dinner here several times now and all the staff is always very welcoming. I do have to give high praise to Bryan, he is awesome always very respectful and hard working. This team has it all together the food is well worth the price its always delicous and served nice and hot . My husband and are more than willing to spend a little more for a meal here. We've compared food prices just about every where and of course the quality and quantity. Charmers has that and more, great food fresh ingredients and AWESOME customer service. I do recommend you pay with cash instead of card because the credit card machine has a service fee , but thats just about every where you go now. I Hope you give them a try. I will continue to recommend this restaurant to all my friends and family. .

Amazing customer service, the food is delicious, the prices are decent but the specials are what bring us here. We have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals here and have never been disappointed. We particularly enjoy coming here for breakfast because of the coffee refills. The restaurant is always clean and welcoming. We will always come back here.

Misleading Hours and Poor Service
This place advertises late hours, but they’re clearly false. After 10:30 PM, the employees stop answering both the phone and the drive-thru — even though the restaurant is supposedly still open. It’s frustrating and misleading for customers who expect honest service. Shows a lack of effort and professionalism. If they’re going to close early, they should update their hours instead of wasting people’s time.

First time there, and I was definitely impressed by the quality of the food and how big the portions are. There is so much to choose from. The pastrami burger was so good and huge. Onion rings and fried zucchini were also very good. The restaurant had great customer service and it was well maintained too. I will definitely have to come back and try another item on their menu. It's also consistently busy with customers too. Be back soon.
