We used to love this place and we will never go again because of the rude women, Betty, working there the evening of 9/2/23. Betty was so condescending and she was quick to let us know that they had nothing available that is on their menu online. I have my whole family here and everything we wanted to order they did not have accept one thing. That girl was so rude and should not have a job working with people. The owner should know she only cares about tips. Phone orders are of no concern to her. I am in customer service and I am just blown away by how disgusting and rude the girl was. If the same owner is involved than he seriously needs to make changes in his staff. They don't care about ALL customers, they don't know the menu and are unaware of what portion sizes they have. I WILL be in to speak with the owner because this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and have been coming here since the beginning. The owner was always kind and cared about all guests.

TOP 2 FAVORITE RESTURAUNTS IN BANNING/BEAUMONT. Affordable, and so tasty when you're craving sea food. I am gonna go here way more often. The workers are kind and funny and very relaxed and professional. And the food is so nicely decorative and delicious.

Es un sitio con unos platillos deliciosos al estilo Sinaloa , los recomiendo ampliamente, vale la pena dar una visita al lugar, el personal fue muy amable y te dan una experiencia placentera. You must try It once in in your lifetime . I've in a lot of Places in USA but , my first Time on Beamount city i met this place and OMG the surprice,i just fall in love with their dishes. I going to be Honest, price Is maybe High but It worth It , really worth It

This is the worst place I've ever encountered. I ordered aguachiles and the portion was the smallest I've ever seen. We still decided to give it a try hoping they would make up for the portion in flavor. Wrong!!!! It was nasty!!!! The shrimp was raw because the salsa that they used was not even with Limon , they used water . The shrimp was also rotten . I called to let them know right away . I asked if I could take them back and get reimbursed and the employee told me that they couldn't do anything about it . Don't waste your money on this place.

Incredible food, incredible service, portions and quality. Bety served us and was an absolute gem of an experience. We ordered Torre de mariscos, MOJO de agua, coconut shrimp and some sushi. We finished with cheesecake and the presentation for everything was superb and well seasoned and delicious. We will be back.

I usually don't like to leave bad reviews, I prefer not to leave one at all if its negative, however the management is highly highly rude just nasty honestly. Please Learn how to accept people of all cultures and backgrounds because we are all human. Food is food..

Food is delicious. Only reason this review was not 5-stars was because it took longer than expected to get our food.

The food is very good. Is Mexican food with a twist. Great flavor and variety of dishes. Good place to sit down and enjoy with friends or family. Most items of the menu are really good. Recommended this plate a lot.

First time in, great service right from the start! Betty was great, warm & accommodating!I had shrimp in garlic sauce & blended it in with rice…too good for words. My friend ordered the same. The Mexican & Japanese fusion looked great & the plates are plentiful! Watched plate after plate of sushi fusion go out. I think I was the only non hispanic in the house. I always say if you go to an ethnic restaurant and it’s filled with people of that ethnicity, it’s probably really good. Don’t go in expecting traditional Mexican food, just great food!

Had dinner here with my wife and customer service was great. Our waitress name was “Betty” and she was really nice and attentive. The food is very authentic. We had Aguachiles and the Torre Tropical mixta. The Micheladas are also good.

Family and I come here often. Food and service has never disappointed. Family friendly. I highly recommend this place. Betty is a great host!
