One of the workers was super rude. I didnât get the sauce I paid for, when I asked for it she told me my sauce was in the bag. I was looking in my bag and it wasnât there. When I told her it still wasnât there, she said she was out of it. How hard was it to just say that and not lie?

The food is good. Service is usually fast. The 2 stars off is solely for the awful atmosphere. The paint is peeling on the outside on multiple spots. I get that fast food isnât elegant. But if the outside, which you can see is dirty and rundown, can you imagine what the inside where you CANT see looks like?

Very disappointed in this Jack. Got 4 tacos with super old gross lettuce. Tacos extremely greasy. Horrible lunch. Won't be back for a long time if ever.

I ordered a vanilla iced coffee and a caramel iced coffee. When the woman handed them to us I asked which one is which and she said âthatâs vanilla and thatâs caramelâ mine did not have any flavoring so I just had a coffee with cream but my dads was good. Croissant was good per usual but it was all over the place in the box, understandable since there was a rush. But the woman was friendly, working diligently. She gave off professionalism with such a short interaction

Food was good. It was a lot of food. They got my order right. I was satisfied with my experience.
Got a jumbo with cheese a d it was amazingly good given the fact I wasn't expecting much. The service was friendly and drive thru seem to move in a steady pace.
