I'm gonna start this off by saying that it's not entirely their fault, and all that they can control is good. My order is always correct and meets expectations quality wise, but time is definitely lacking. Most everytime i go through, whether I'm ordering a small or medium amount, i get parked out front and wait quite a while for my order. It was Jack in the box. I could get breakfast anytime I wanted to and I got the ultimate breakfast sandwich. I go there all the time. Good food reasonably priced and I can get breakfast anytime I want. Good job as far as I'm concerned

They forgot the cheese on my jumbo jacks, they also forgot to give us dipping sauce for the chicken and the chicken was really overcooked. This was however a busy night and I have worked enough customer service to know that some nights are just off. Will definitely give them another try later on. Staff was very friendly and had no problem accommodating me after I came inside to sort out the issue with the food.
