my family went her today and i ordered the 8 tenders for 10$ and the 8 chicken for 10$ extra crisp on the kiosk and when they gave us the food they said they didn't have the tender and gave me another 8 of 10$ chicken bucket and neither of them where extra crispy. plus my chicken was even missing the skin which was even worse

I ordered the chicken pot pie. And yes I get the chicken pot pie that looks like was made yesterday. Crust was all saggy and the chicken wasn’t even warm seriously not going back

Ordered the wings and wedges fan favorite box that’s supposed to come with 10 hot wings got to the window the man at the window said they were short 2 wings and if he can throw in 2 tenders I said it was fine got home opened the box and they stuck reg wing and thigh pieces of chicken in the box not acceptable. KFC in banning

I came here for the buffet. I remember eating the buffet about 6 years ago. Sad and disappointed that it's gone. They need to bring it back.

Make sure you check your food every time. They mess up my order every time. Nice employees but not accurate. That I started to drive to Yucaipa. They are also rude and give your online order to anyone at the window. I guess that is a sign no more KFC!!!

Horrible staff, 7 people at the dinner rush and no one can seem to get the orders ready like the food is cooked how hard is it to be put in a box, everyone needs new training if you can't put food in a box, cooked food.

I ate here one time and the buffet was absolutely amazing!!!! If you like Kentucky Fried Chicken this is worth traveling across the country to get to.
