I will never go back to the KFC on Ramsey. The chicken was dry, and honestly, I felt like I got the chicken that was sitting out all day. I got the 8 piece chicken with 8 chicken tenders, 3 large sides, and 4 biscuits. I paid $43.10, and the chicken tenders were not in the bag. So I spent my money for nothing. I called them a bunch of times, and no one answered. Also, the place is not busy at all. I wonder if they knew they messed up and didn't answer for that reason. NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK!! Also, it looks so dirty, I should have listened to my gut. It definitely was telling me not to buy shit there.

My order was wrong , I wanted the 12 pc meal that comes with 3 lrg sides and 6 biscuits and I only wanted thighs and legs, they gave me a variety of all pieces, shorted me two biscuits and did not give me any butter or honey for the dry biscuits. I called the location and nobody answered no matter how long or how many times I called. Had to call customer service line. I ordered through drive thru.

Save your money and time! This place is the worst!!! Customer service is horrible. The food was cold and biscuits were rock hard. Employees are rude and act like you are there asking for handouts. Not only that but this place is dirty. Restroom are dirty and don't always have soap or toilet paper. Management will attack you if you call to speak to them and defend their rude employees. Definitely not worth going to this specific place in Banning!

First of all, I love eating at KFC. It is one of my favorite fast food restaurants since I was young. I just recently moved near Banning and everytime I come to get food at this specific KFC, the workers don’t provide hot sauce. Everytime they’ll say, “we don’t have any hot sauce packages in stock.” I’m not sure about everyone else but KFC to me and my fam doesn’t taste the same without the hot sauce packets. Not sure if the workers are lying or there is truly a shortage of hot sauce for some reason. I just wanted to bring it up to managements attention especially because if the workers are lying, they definitely aren’t helping the KFC organization by losing customers. Same issue with honey sauce and other sauces too. Has happened at least 5 times to me within the last 5 months.

Great Customer service I believe the manager was Ricardo or Sebastian idk but he was soo friendly and admirable I normally don't eat KFC but if Id come back. cause few places in this town have good service but most of the time that I come here the workers are very friendly so the leadership here is on point my man !! I hope you become GM one day you deserve it keep doing a great job KFc team!!! Btw did I mention the hospitality was fantastic!!
