I've had better biscuits and gravy, and the waitress that was supposed to attend us attended other guests before us, and we had been sitting for a while. Finally, another waitress noticed we had not been served water or asked if we wanted coffee, and she said I guess I'll just be your waitress. Well I hope so. I won't be back.
The name has changed to Crazy Egg House, and the wait staff is comprised of old and new employees but still excellent service. There's always a wait which lets you know how good the food is! I had fish and chips. Battered cod, which was crispy and well flavored. I opted to try the potato salad vs. the fries. Everything I've tried has been good. If you want friendly service and a good home cooked meal, this is the place to go! Decent prices. You will not be disappointed.
My visits to this restaurant, usually once a week on my day off for breakfast or lunch, used to leave me happy. However, since it changed its name from Patsy's to something like the Crazy Egg, I've noticed a decline in the quality of food and service. Despite this, the bustling atmosphere, filled with happy people, has always been a comforting place to dine peacefully.
