I ordered a pizza with my rewards and I paid for two more pizzas and all three pizzas were undercooked and not well put together so I went back over there and the manager told me I can either get a refund for the two pieces I paid for or just the pizza remade that I used my rewards on which makes no damn sense. Pizzas look like shit. We won’t be coming back here.

I ordered for pick up large pizza It’s a 20 minutes after I’ve been waiting outside for 20 minutes. I walk in to pick up the cashier told me he will take another 45 minutes to be ready. I didn’t receive no text message no email regarding the delay.

1-Star Review: Burnt Pizza on Halloween
No Response or Refund
Ordered multiple pizzas from Pizza Hut tonight for Halloween, and our pepperoni pizza came completely burnt (photos attached). The crust and toppings were blackened and inedible, while the others were fine clearly a quality control issue.
Tried calling the store immediately but couldn’t get through to anyone, and the app wouldn’t let me request a refund or replacement. It’s frustrating to spend this much on a holiday night and not even be able to reach someone to fix the issue.
Please address this we just wanted dinner for the family, not a box of burnt food.

We did an order with my family in this Pizza Hut. We had a misunderstanding about the prices of the pizza but the Pizza Hut employee handled the problem in a very professional manner. This is with I’m putting a 5 and all the best for the future. Thank you Alyssa for your professionalism.

Don’t get me wrong the pizza is good, but once they have so many customers coming thru the door they lose track of orders. Because they definitely got 2 of my orders wrong. They were having the $2 single pizza special going on today and 2 of the pizzas I ordered were not what I ordered. I ended up getting 4 pepperoni pizzas when two of them were different. 1 was supposed to be a jalapeño pizza and the other a green bell pepper pizza. Plus the waiting part was horrible! I ordered ahead on the app and I still had to wait another hour for the pizzas to be ready.
Horrible experience, we ordered pizza and got a completely wrong order, when calling the place we were ignored, put on hold and lied to by the person who answered the phone.

Pizza Hut pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Good reliable flavor. The staff is nice. The restaurant has seen better days. It seems that they mostly serve takeout or delivery. We were the only dine in customers. Third time visiting but have never seen others dining. Maybe they'd appreciate having more diners.

Called to ask about online order questions but the guy barely understood what I was saying I’m worried my order would be wrong then he says just order with me but if you don’t even understand me why waste my time last time I tried coming here the people were just rude at least this guy was nice but the language barrier was too thick to answer my question
