Cute spot to try. We ordered the protein waffle & pancakes, both came with the options of having banana, coconut flakes, granola and our choice of syrup. Not too sweet but very filling! I also ordered an iced mocha blend and it was good with the perfect amount of sweetness but could of used a little more coffee because it was kind of weak. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. There are only 2 small tables inside for seating and a group of ladies were sitting at 1 with all their belongings on the other table so there wasn't anywhere to sit besides the small table outside so we just got our stuff to go. Overall I liked it & would try it again in the future

READ THIS before you go here!! This place is advertising health, but every item is absolutely LOADED with added sugar. The açaí bowl tasted like liquid cotton candy and has no fresh fruit aside from banana topping. It was so soupy even before I put it in the car to go home. The packaging was difficult to open, so when I did it just spilled all over. It tasted so bad I had to throw it away. I have bowls all the time and honestly this was an insult to açaí bowls.
Just because you see “protein” doesn’t make it healthy. Even the waffles, which look and sound great, have 10+ grams added sugar. If something has real fruit then that’s one thing, but adding sugars, powders, and syrup is terrible, especially when you are advertising healthy foods. I’m sure the drinks have just as much sugar too, judging from the flavor options.

Everything was great. The apple pie shake, donuts and Carmel macchiato. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that I was not aware that they used the herbalife powder for the drinks. Maybe I should have informed myself better before going. Otherwise, great.

It’s a very small hole in the wall that doesn’t have a lot of options on the menu (my kind of menu!). The gentleman that worked there was so nice and he came around the corner to help with any questions any of the customers had with the menu. I got the açaí bowl and substituted the coconut with cranberries. The açaí wasn’t well blended and if you’re a presentation person, that also wasn’t the best. Other than that it is a quaint little hole in the wall with kind ppl and a menu packed with protein!

Not actually health food. Everything is super sweet in a very fake way and made with powdered flavors instead of fresh fruits/veggies.

Dietary restrictions: I askef what was in one of the shakes and they couldn't tell me. That was a big red flag but I got it anyway and then felt very ill

A great little stop for a tasty, protein-rich snack after a good workout or a walk around Repplier Park. Their dedication to meeting dietary restrictions makes this a cool place for anyone on a gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or low-FODMAP diet! Friendly service and they will definitely help you find something that meets your needs.

Vegetarian options: Everything is vegetarian, most drinks are vegan but waffles have egg whites and some items have honey

This place is absolutely amazing and their products are soooo good, you can't even tell how healthy they are by the taste! Protein and no sugar never tasted so good!

Parking: There is only street parking but you can park on both sides of the street which makes for more parking.
