They are friendly of course. However they don't understand the meaning of light ice. There was also powder in the bottom of the drink. That didn't bother to stir it.

Please stop standing outside to take drive through orders. It makes it very difficult to use the parking lot. Then I can’t see the menu to actually pick what I want. I shouldn’t have to memorize or research the menu before I go. You’re my closest Starbucks but it’s too much of an inconvenience to go there. Just came with friends and because we couldn’t see the menu or get the menu to load on the app only one of us ordered something.
Parking: Very inconvenient parking lot because they will have someone stand outside to take orders. Then you have cars blocking parking spots. Also it’s very risky to back out of parking spots since there is a line behind your car.

While I was in line, I overheard the manager tell a senior citizen that she wasn't going to give them a drink of water because they didn't buy anything. She also wouldn't let them use the bathroom, either! This place is horrible!! It gives Starbucks a bad name!!! Take your business elsewhere 😜

Very bad parking. The drive thru line is blocking all parking spots. This place has plenty of parking spaces, but all blocked by 4-5 cars waiting for driving thru.

The food is good. Beverages are perfectly delicious. Employees are friendly to everyone. NO PREJUDICISM!!!!!! Customer service is over-the-top excellent. Everyone enters & leaves with a smile. Even pets(mainly dogs) are welcomed. Music is for everyone. Atmosphere is overall inviting, welcoming & homely. Banning's #1 place to go for some food, good people to talk to & mainly coffee, no matter what time of the day it is.
Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place. Mainly for the frappuccinos or other sweet tasting beverages & the cake pops.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space for the handicapped to move around. People in wheelchairs have NO problems coming & going to and from this establishment.

For some time now, they have changed the way they serve you coffee, and it is annoying. They always ask you, how many sugars, creamers? It isn't necessary. They already charge you an arm and a leg for it. Why not have the sugar and cream available as they used to? I go to Starbucks less and less for reasons like this one

I bought one to have tomorrow morning before I go to PT. Look inside the bag and the lady took the plastic wrap off the lemon loaf. She’s not wearing gloves, and I didn’t ask for her to remove to plastic covering.
