Just went there to grab some cash from the bank. Decided to grab some coffee. Went to the bank, got my money, came back. Still missing one drink. When asked for our drink, we got attitude. They made the drink wrong, so when we asked for it to be corrected, we got even more attitude. This happened on Saturday 10/5/24 around 12:08 PM. I’ve been a long time, Starbucks, customer, and by far this is probably the worst service I have ever received by any tube baristas. Tall Americano with whole milk and pumpkin cream muffin were great! I felt very rushed through the drive thru, putting things back into my purse seemed like a hassle to them, as if I should leave as soon as I received my change.

Wow. So glad this Starbucks has kept indoor seating options. Where I live in Palm Desert/Palm Springs area all the Starbucks have remodeled to take out all seating, tables and chairs. Starbucks thinks that those who live in the arid desert can just put on the concrete patio for a little conversation or to just relax. The average temp spring, summer, fall here is well over 100 degrees in daytime and usually high double digits in the evening hours. Our winter weather here is actually a mild spring. If Starbucks really wants anyone to linger for a break sitting down THEY NEED TO PUT MISTERS to cool down the blazing hot concrete patio.
Vegetarian options: Most options are grilled cheese sandwiches, two meatless breakfast sandwiches and fruit, cheese, hard boiled egg combos & a couple egg bites that are meatless. Just about all the pastries have no meat. I used to love their egg salad and tuna salad sandwiches and would get one or the other 1 or 2 times a week. Oh, if you’re a vegan they do have potato chips and snack packets of nuts. I avoid meat but will eat fish occasionally—I miss those tuna and egg sandwiches! Thanks for letting me vent.

I ordered a hot Americano this morning, not asking about the size of my cup or if I wanted a receipt. My coffee was quickly made. Coffee is like water, and I doubt they use beans that have already been used. Before because of their dishonesty and unequal treatment. I haven't been here in a long time, and coming here again is my biggest mistake. I give you -5!
Super sad Albertsons Starbucks in an equally sad shopping center on the south side of the 10 in Beaumont. Try Patsy's country kitchen for breakfast!
