I went before work. Mapped out my time and should have had plenty of time to spare to eat before starting my shift. No one was in there but me and it took 5mins to be greeted. Employee was on his phone the whole time, working very slow and refuse to wrap my sandwich the way I asked. Not only did his unprofessionalism make me late, he made me forget what else I needed. I work graveyard and now have to do so without having eaten first and without the necessary preparation. Unacceptable. It was my first time at this location.

New people running the counter. Food area was clean and toppings looked fresh. Homeless people around the area distracted from the atmosphere. Such as, their strong smell.

1. Four weeks ago, I visited the store and ordered item #42, which costs $10.99. However, they attempted to charge me $13.99, claiming the menu they had displayed was outdated. I asked them to get the manager because I had difficulties communicating with them due to their poor English. The manager came and corrected the price. 2. Two weeks ago, I went and ordered the same thing, and again was charged $3.00 more than the advertised price. They claimed it was an old menu, and the new menu would be posted soon with the correct cost. The workers would not charge me the advertised price of $10.99. Again, I asked for the manager, and he corrected the price. 3. Today, I went and ordered the same thing, and the same thing happened. The workers again told me it's an old menu. I told them they can't advertise one price and charge another. The manager wasn't available, so I paid the extra $3.00. I hate it when they advertise a price and charge you another. I'm not going back in.

I came to the drive thru and when I got there the guy talking was so rude made me I had to wait like 5 minutes before he answered me and was really rude to me was not patient at all and was rushing me during my order and had horrible attitude. And my food was old and I was waiting for a long time rather go to another subway,

I didn’t enjoy the experience because I let my eight year-old daughter order for herself because she’s trying to seek independence and the man behind the counter was so rude when she was ordering her lunch because she can’t quite comprehend things and he probably asked if she wanted bacon, but I don’t know why he would mention that if she never brought it up and plus there’s an additional charge for bacon, but I mean I don’t care about the additional charge. It’s just that none of my family members like to eat bacon Because it has pork and I don’t like that due to religious region reasons so usually get veggies or vegan sandwiches and then when he put in a toast because we can’t see my daughter saw, and when she was going to tell him, he bluntly ignored her and moved onto another customer. I think there should be something done about the customer service here the atmosphere wasn’t quite bad. I actually enjoyed it kind of but the glares I saw from the workers was very underwhelming. Then when I brought up the situation because my daughter told me about the additional charge made the worker try to blame it on my eight-year-old daughter, but I still ended up paying for it and I just took out the bacon, but my daughter is a very picky eater, especially that we don’t eat bacon in our culture We just gave away our sandwich and bought it a homeless person and just went to eat at another subway location nearby.

Every time I eat here, I regret it. The staff isn’t warm and friendly or welcoming. I always get a veggie delight. All I get is veggies on my sandwich and God they’re so stingy with their veggies. My bread never taste fresh. It tastes like it’s been sitting there a long time. I’ve never had a pleasant experience at this location. It tastes like all I’m eating is stale bread.

If your doing an online order, triple check that the order is correct. Got a salad with double olives and pickles. We got charged for it, but the salad had none. Also ordered a kid combo with ham and cheese and and got turkey no cheese (toddler is not a fan of turkey at all makes him gag so money wasted) and didnt receive the sides either thank God I had water on hand for him to drink. Also pick up time was way off. Room mate got there when it was supposed to be done and they didn't even start the order. So if doing online order check it and be prepared to wait.

This Subway used to be really good until a new owner took over. I really only go to this location because the drive thru is convenient. I’ve placed 3 orders through the app and they never get my sandwiches correct. I customize my sandwiches and they either don’t toast them or put any of the ingredients that had on them. One more thing.. the ultimate meat sandwich is $14, and you pay to have the extra meat but it’s the exact same as the “classic sandwich” as they advertise on the app.
