I had the best customer service experience here out of all the Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. We came in just before noon on a Friday and were greeted once we got to the kiosk. The same worker let us know he would be happy to help us if we had any questions; he finished the rest of our order and served us with a smile, making sure we knew he had put hot sauce and napkins in the bag for us. I wasn’t able to get his name but he was tall and had a mustache; his customer service was top notch! 😄 Finally, when we were on our way out the door he said to us, “Have a nice day and thanks for coming in!” Oh! And the Crunchwrap we ordered was made well and the drinks were mixed right. ☺️ The store front and bathrooms were also clean and well kept.

Poor quality All around. The food is always stale never made fresh to order, it’s a slow area so they don’t get a lot of interested traffic. I’ve worked for Taco Bell before so I know how it supposed to taste when made FRESH TO ORDER. I finally decided to leave this comment because I’m sick of asking for my food to be remade, and I mean the ENTIRE order. My recent order was at 6pm today 5.5.25.

My husband says we would go there more often but they don't have French fries. So here we sit at Del Taco again having fresh burritos and tacos.
Never had a bad experience here so good! Always gonna choose to drive to banning rather than beaumont! Avoid the beaumont location at all costs!

The dipping burritos are $6!! They are no longer than your finger! The size of egg rolls! They look nothing like the ad. There was no cheese, a tiny tbsp of meat. You're paying that much for two tiny tortillas! I've decided I'm not wasting my money on these outrageous prices for lunch anymore! What a rip off!

Ordered cheesy potatoes and cheesy double beef burrito. Added pictures to show the sad super burnt potatoes they served. and I added a picture of the cheesy double beef burrito that was double rice not beef, hardly any in there at all. Was just rice and chips 😒
