Taqueria Orozco is a hidden gem in Banning. The food is always amazing, flavorful, and just really satisfying. The service is always great and everyone is friendly. It’s one of those spots where you can tell they really care about what they do. If you’re in Banning and craving good Mexican food, this place is a must!
The food was delicious!! Highly recommended it. Kids ate Carne asada nachos and asada burrito, but when they tried my quesataco de birria, they wanted to steal that from me! Birria de res was fire! Hubby had the chilaquiles Rojos con Carne asada and he loved it aswell. Service was excellent and food came out quickly. Looks a bit run down from the outside, but food was a hit.
They gave me no napkins! Birria tacos were ok...on the asada tacos the meat needed more seasoning I believe. Pretty pricey tacos at $4 each. The fruit waters were pretty good! I didn't like the salsas, the red one was very watery and had no flavor to it but was very hot! The other one i think was tomatillo sauce also no good flavor to it and also not thick enough. I hope they improve on their salsa...salsa is a very important part in the tacos and napkins are necessary...
