Horrible with DoorDash/uber eats orders. Takes a long time to receive the order unless it was reserved before time which effects a drivers rate. They showed no concern because it doesn’t effect the restaurant

I ordered food with Mc Delivery at 5:45 PM it is currently 7:15PM and the order just got cancelled. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting they don't bring us our food. Terrible service.

Lost my wallet here yesterday and was told to call police for a report fine. Cops get here and none of the cameras work the workers here don’t care about their job that’s why they get cussed out by every other customer. They ignore you and act like they hate their job.
Best food and best customer service, but employer was more than the needs, some McDonald’s have more customers less employees but this McDonald’s have more employees less customers.

I came through the drive through and paid my hard earned money just for the cashier at the window to rush me and mess up on my order. It’s currently 12 midnight and my whole order is messed up !!!! Night staff needs better communication skills and needs to pay attention more because this is literally the 3rd time happening to me
