I ordered the food online. It accepted and took my money then when I went to McDonald’s workers over there there was a literally a woman in the drive-through I tried to tell her I already l ordered the food she’s still ignored.
I’ll give it absolute zero star because the app was saying that it was open and make me drive all the way to the McDonald’s

Ultra popular place for families to go. Great open area seating. Ordering in the app, tracking how close I was to make the meals hot, and having the order ready was nice. No issues, very clean too.

This review is mainly for the toys they offer. I asked if they can give the special toys that are already done with the promotion, however they do still have the toys in stock. I asked if they can still sell them since it is collectable and are still available in stock. The employee was nice to check with the manager, but the manager refused to give them because they have the new promo. But in all other McDonalds they check and give them anyway. Why only this location refuse to sell them? And as for the manager, why give such a bad fit about it? Isn't it customer service is a good big deal?

Also, I just ordered large french fries which should take only 2-5minutes long for wait time... and it is pass my 5 minute wait and I am still standing here while I am finishing this review.

Patricia the manager had me all the way messed up. They are extremely unprofessional I had placed a mobile order and paid for it when I got to the window they asked for my code they tried to play dumb like there was no code for the mobile order and refused to give me my food. Now I asked for the manager and Patricia very rude customer service said there is nothing they can do and they can’t make my food unless I pay again I already paid on the app kept telling me mobile service down very bad service

I had a mobile order and didn’t get a receipt at the payment window. When I went to the pickup window , the employee said I don’t have any order with that code. I even showed the phone to the manager on duty… it had date and time of order and the correct store. They were in denial, saying there’s no such order. Please have the managers and the employees better trained here.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this particular McDonald’s since I was 17 years old. Now at 27, I’ve had mostly good experiences.
…except for one issue that keeps coming up with a specific manager. Unfortunately, this particular manager seems to have a personal issue with me from years ago. Each time I come in, she refers to me in Spanish in a derogatory way, as if I wouldn’t understand her.

While the rest of the staff is always super friendly, on this occasion (September 19, 2025, around 9:29 PM), both Latina managers on duty were extremely rude. I even have a video recording of them telling me I had to return the incorrect food after I had already left the premises and come back. They took back the wrong order and just handed it off to another customer, which is a concerning practice.

I’m sharing this publicly because I hope management can address this. I’d love to continue being a happy customer without feeling singled out or disrespected.

Horrible with DoorDash/uber eats orders. Takes a long time to receive the order unless it was reserved before time which effects a drivers rate. They showed no concern because it doesn’t effect the restaurant
