Went through the drive through tonight and ordered and paid for a 20 pc McNugget and a small fries. Ate some fries on the way home that were barely warm. Got home and found a cold dried up 10 pc under the fries bag and napkins.

WORST SERVICE EVER. They gave me someone else's order in the drive thru, so I went inside with my receipt. The person who gave me my order at the drive thru took the receipt without saying anything to me. They helped the two people who came in behind me immediately who also got the wrong orders. "Coincidentally," those people spoke Spanish. Here's a tip: not all brown people are Mexican and speak Spanish. They seemed annoyed that I didn't speak Spanish and that they had to fix the order. I (patiently) waited 20 more minutes before a manager came out and asked me what I needed. Chaotic.

Used to be better. Recently they have been making a lot of preventable errors. For example you order two cheeseburgers only ketchup. In the bag you get one clearly labeled only ketchup and another clearly labeled extra pickles (with a different order number on it). I've hit problems like this at least 4 times in 2 months. Today, only 1 cheeseburger in the bag. They should be able to do better.
