Used to be better. Recently they have been making a lot of preventable errors. For example you order two cheeseburgers only ketchup. In the bag you get one clearly labeled only ketchup and another clearly labeled extra pickles (with a different order number on it). I've hit problems like this at least 4 times in 2 months. Today, only 1 cheeseburger in the bag. They should be able to do better.
I only go through the drive through, so I can’t speak for the lobby service, but DT service is quick and food is always hot and fresh. Staff is friendly and provide quick and polite service.
