Very Bad service last night 12/29/25 I went through drive tru and ask for a chicken quesarito and when I opened the quesarito there were only 3 pieces of chicken and a little rice so I told them to charged me extra because i wanted extra rice extra chicken and extra cheese and they said no because they were running out of time and that they were having more cars behind they didn’t even give me the option to wait I was going to pay the extra I wasn’t asking for free

Lady that works drive-through should find her smile. Very rude and cocky Ms.know it all demeanor. I came to the through and let her know at the intercom “ I will be paying in all coins” she tells me I need to come inside because she has a drive through line limit😆. What if all I was going to order was a $3 drinks ? She instantly denied me service of counting me change due to her drive through “time limit” just to have me wait 5 minutes behind a car in front of me to leave the line empty handed . I guess everybody is not up for the challenge to count coins.. too time consuming .
