My son and I likes this place, we are not from this atea but we would purposely drive 45mins (one way) just to enjoy the food here. We've been here numerous times, food is alway great, fresh and flavorful, service is inconsistent, I gave 5 stars based on our last visit, and majority of our visit I would say can be 4.5. It is a nice little place to enjoy food and company, special on their outside seating.

Not the portion, flavor or ingredients comparable in price or quality to other local Ramen. No egg in the Shoyu Ramen with very thin slices of dry/chewy pork. Bummed. I really wanted to like this place. Third time there has convinced me it's not worth 20 bucks for a bowl of this ramen.

Disappointing and over priced. I ordered the sushi sashimi combo. $35 for 3 pcs sushi, 3 pcs sashimi. Chef's choice naturally....only 3 types of fish, sushi rice wasn't properly prepared, it wasn't sticky and didn't have the proper flavor. Sushi had no wasabi as usually found on sushi nigiri. The point of a combo, is to try different things. Essentially, I had 6 small pcs of fish as the rice wasn't good. The counter person didn't know what unagi was. The only person who seemed to have it together was the waiter, don't know his name, but bald and tattooed.

This is a peaceful place for dining. We ordered a combo of noodle soups and rolls that you can choose from the menu. This is the special which cost 20 bucks. The staff are patient and nice. The portion and taste are both fine.

Kuma was a real fun experience! I had the Yakisoba which I wish we had a picture of but I guess I ate it too fast. Servers were really pleasant and the food came out quickly. The itchy dragon roll was recommended and it did not disappoint. Kids were obviously stoked about the tempura batter dessert cake! Great ambience and I would recommend for a nice family dinner/date night or just a nice meal with a friend.
Kid-friendliness: Brought my 4 year old and 11 year old and we sat on the deck and it was fun for them by the fire pit.

I've been visiting Kuma anytime I'm in the area for the past 5 years or so and I can say it's some of the best sushi I've ever had. Highly recommend their Sushi and Ramen as well as the spicy edamame. It is absolutely delicious! Their simple rolls are their best- they load them up with extra fish on top! So fresh and delicious! Grab a bottle of wine and ?

1st off the staff was pleasant and the atmosphere was awesome. It was a chilly day today and decided to sit outside. The server fired up the pit at our table which was awesome!
Now the food! I ordered a simple tonkotsu pork ramen and an ichi dragon roll. The tonkotsu broth was extremely rich and flavorful as it should be. I could tell they cook their broth for many hours. The noodles were firm just as I like them. I ordered spicy so they gave me a side of a spicy chili paste which gave the dish the fire I wanted. Also got hot green tea that was a mix of different teas. It was good!
Overall I had a great experience with this restaurant. The food came quick and everything tasted wonderful. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. Il definitely be coming back here next time I'm in the area!
