They write cute little notes on my cup. I’m not sure if they know who I am, or they do this for several people, but it’s sweet and it definitely helps last week when I was having a hard time.

Overall, I am grateful to have this Starbucks location in our community. It is a standard Starbucks and features a drive through. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because sometimes the mobile ordering doesn't work here.

I waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee at the Los Osos location. When I ordered the screen did not show my order or a price I had to ask the employee this is not the first time this has happened. When I get to the window they made the wrong drink!!Again this is not the first time this has happened the last time it happened I waited over 20 minutes for an over priced cup of coffee. The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn't taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don't know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I'm done wasting time and money on this place.

Five bucks for a cup of tea? I won't be doing that again anytime soon. Had to go back to the counter to get some milk for my tea; it was explained to me that because of "Covid", they no longer provide a station for people to add cream to their coffee.

They got our drinks wrong, but made us new ones right away...however before I realized that, that had happened...one of the lids wasn't on tight and I burnt my hands!Parking: The layout of the parking lot is small for a multi store lot and it's a little sketchy.

Unless you have a half an hour to wait to for your coffee, I highly recommend going somewhere else. I have only been here twice. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because the first time I came here was at nine am on a Friday, I ordered inside, still waited a half an hour and I was late to work (Again I arrived at 9 am, shift started at 10 am in SLO and I didn't make it) because after I asked for a refund they asked me to please wait one more minute. However, at 3:30 pm the next day, I chose to try the drive through, which was my mistake again, because again, another half an hour wait in the drive through. This time I had to get to SLO by five pm and again, I was not sure if I was going to make it. Terrible this is the only Starbucks for miles and I have been to many and this one is definitely the worst.

Like many other reviewers here, the service was poor. Incompetent people working here. After waiting 10 min for my mobile order they informed me of being out of cold brew. While I waited for my food they sent my sandwich with another order. They only put priority on serving in person cafe/drive through orders. Poorest Starbucks experience
