The employees are always welcoming and friendly. It’s subway, you get what you get but the employees are nice and I’ve gotten what I’ve asked for every time. They typically remember you when you’re a repeat customer, which is sweet as well.

What can I say. If you have eaten at a subway before then, you know what to expect. The food at the Los Osos subway is better than 90% of the subway restaurants that I have previously dined at. I always get paemrmasean and oregano bread, who doesn't? This location is always very clean inside and out. I have only had a bad sandwich here one time. The nice girl that made it just put way too much mayo and mustard on my sando. Every other time that I visited, I was satisfied with the quality of my food. I ordered ahead of time through the Subway app on my phone while I was in the parking lot and saved a bundle on the buy 1 get 1 free footlong sandwich coupon. I had a gift card that I utilized. ***PRO TIP*** Always order through the app to get great deals that are app specific. You can choose to pay with a card (credit,debit,gift) through the app, or to pay with cash/card in store upon pickup. I suggest ordering through the app because you will generate loyalty points on your purchases that you can then redeem for future subway purchases.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking directly in front of the door and wheelchair accessible walkways are up to code. Door is wide enough for a wheelchair.

I walked in at lunch 12 noon sharp. I waited in line for 20 minutes before I had to leave and get food somewhere else. This place needs to hire more people to cover their lunch. There was only one person making sandwiches, and I only had 1 person in front of me when I walked in. No good.

Ordered through the app. They didn't have the ingredients to make the sandwiches. Didn't get anything we ordered and they won't refund my money. We live in Los Osos and get food from this store a few times a month. We won't be going back until they make this right. Lame.

Typical Subway. Ok sandwiches but the service sucks. Spend a few bucks more and support your local sandwich shops if you can.

This is my favorite subway to go to. But my husband went In the other day and Ordered the subway club toasted. The young lady said she couldn't toast it because it doesn't come that way. She had put bell peppers on there but no tomatoes. My husband asked if he could add jalapeños and a few other things and she said no. She pointed to the menu sign and said this is how it comes those things don't come on the club. This doesn't sound right to me.

Such good sandwiches, got the turkey bacon club so bomb with fresh mozzarella and spinach and avocado! Good memory making, where me and my fiance first met!!!!! Thank you God bless!!!!!

I was disappointed my last visit. The young man behind the counter used his gloved hand to ring up my sandwich, before he was finished adding ingredients to my 2nd sandwich! I asked him to change his gloves before finishing the other sandwich. This is a health & safety issue that should be taught during training. "Take off your gloves before ringing up customers." Better yet, have a manager there to ring up sandwiches. They can oversee their trainees. Please hire more employees for this location. There are always just 2 employees and a 10-15 minute wait to be served at lunch time. When a person is on their lunch hour, that is time wasted!

Only for the girl closing tonight on 7/16, she made my food fresh right before close and I’ve been struggling to eat for days so this made my entire week. I used to avoid this location but whoever she is she is the reason I’ll return.

Ordered Uber eats and the sandwich was pretty disappointing, which is hard to do with a chain like subway where you should have a pretty good idea about what you're getting

App and online ordering never works. They apparently didn't know what was supposed to go on certain sandwiches. I wish they would get someone to manage it better. Only one person in the store at the time we went.
